- Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Citizens- Services is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Flextrack Inc. (the “Supplier”).
The Province is seeking to procure a continuation of the existing agreement in place with the Supplier for provision of a fully integrated Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) for IM/IT (Information Management & Information Technology) consultant resources, and to act as a liaison between the Province, participating public sector entities, and IM/IT consultant vendors.
The Supplier will manage the continuous onboarding of IM/IT consultant vendors to the program that meet the criteria for a particular role or area of expertise and facilitate each procurement process, including (but not limited to): requisition intake and development, issuing opportunities, responding to proponent questions, facilitating proponent interviews and contract finalization, award notification, timesheet administration, work order administration and extensions, invoicing on behalf of the contractors and the Province, collection and issuance of the Province-s administration fee, and reporting.
The Supplier will provide a full-time employee(s) solely dedicated to support the Province-s program, the Purchasers and the IM/IT consultant vendors.
