- The University of Ottawa (University) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) in October to establish agreements with two (2) Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The MSPs will be engaged to deliver a coordinated program of capital projects on behalf of the institution. This NPP is intended to inform industry as well as the public about an upcoming procurement opportunity related to the Managed Service Providers RFP.The forthcoming Procurement Opportunity (RFP) is currently being prepared, and NO PROPOSALS or BIDS are requested or expected at this time.The University will not respond to any Request for Information (RFI) or technical questions at this time. No further information will be provided to any interested parties until the RFP is issued.
