Description:
This Request for Information ("RFI") is issued by the University of Ottawa (the "University") to seek market information from interested Constructors, Designers or organizations active in the delivery of infrastructure projects ("Respondents") to provide input on the University's upcoming procurementfor Managed Service Provider ("MSP") Services ("MSP Services").The University aims to engage one or more qualified MSPs through master service agreements to deliver a range of capital projects annually. The MSPs will provide end-to-end services, including requirements gathering, planning, design,construction, commissioning and handover. Each MSP will be assigned an annual Program of Work valued between $15M and $25M (i.e. 35 to 45 projects), with individual projects ranging from $25,000 to $5M based on scope, complexities and evolving needs. The University seeks collaborative partnershipswith MSPs, operating as principals and not agents. The MSP model emphasis on achieving project desired outcomes, cost certainty, incentivization and repeatablesuccess.
