Tender are invited for Managed Service Provider for End User Devices
Project Description : The CBE wishes to secure one Value Added Reseller (VAR) to propose and supply a solution that addresses but is not limited to the following as detailed in Section 4.1 of the RFP documentThe CBE requires the VAR to facilitate any pricing agreements between the OEMs and CBE. These pricing agreements will be between the CBE and the OEM and applicable regardless of the VAR. The CBE retains the right to deal with any OEM.-Supply and provision all end-user devices-Return Material Authorization (RMA) End-user devices - In warranty repair-Break-fix End-user devices- Out of warranty repair-Participation and compliance with CBE's Change Management process-Transition plan from the current provider
