Synopsis: To procure managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) services for risk management, threat detection/response and a security awareness and training program. The SIEM needs to be a fully managed and hosted solution to collect, enrich, and analyze security data at scale. The Managed Security Service needs to be easily scalable for our existing IT infrastructure which includes 369 users, 76 servers and 19 facilities connecting directly back to data center. The solution includes the ability to meet the critical Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls as a useful baseline to implement best practices to stay safe from cyber-attacks. The functional requirements to be included in the EOI include: Required: The offer includes all three (3) cyber security services from a single vendor and product offering: Managed Threat Detection and Response (MDR) - real-time monitoring of the networks, endpoints, and cloud environments (if applicable) to help detect, respond, and recover from cyber attacks. Managed Risk (MR) - comprehensive risk profiling, proactive notifications and alerts and actionable reporting. Managed Security Awareness (MA) - implement regular training programs to prepare employees to recognize, neutralize social engineering attacks and minimize human error.
