- The Western Development Museum (WDM) is inviting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive managed information technology (IT) services and conduct a thorough assessment of the Museum-s current IT environment. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is divided into two components: Part A - Managed Services and Support (Ongoing), and Part B - IT Assessment, Inventory, Policy Development, and Strategic Planning (Contracted). The successful vendor will be responsible for managing and maintaining WDM-s technology infrastructure, delivering responsive and effective IT support, ensuring system security, and guiding the development of IT policies and a long-term strategic plan to support the sustainability and growth of our technological environment.
