- Description:
- The Town of Halton Hills, Information Technology Services (ITS) division, is seeking for a Database Administration (DBA) managed services to assist in the management of the current Oracle & SQL Server production environments. These support services include assistance with database management, database object and security management, performance tuning/optimization, jobs scheduling, backups, error handing notification and any other work related to the role of a database administrator.
The Contract will be in effect for a three (3) year period, with optional renewal term of one (1) additional two (2) year period.
Please be advised that the Town of Halton Hills has recently transitioned to a two-envelope system for our RFP process, comprising a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal. In line with our commitment to fair and transparent Procurement practice, we request that all Proponent refrain from disclosing any pricing information in their Technical Proposal.
