- The University of Ottawa is seeking quotations from equipment suppliers (Proponents) to provide a new custom makeup air unit, a new laboratory exhaust fan assembly with three fans, and a new heat recovery coil assembly complete with inlet and outlet plenums and dampers. This equipment is required to serve laboratory spaces in the STEM building. Purchase Order will be issued to a single supplier for all equipment.The purpose of this RFQ is to proceed with the pre-purchase of the equipment noted above in order to receive the materials in time and complete the installation October, 2025
