- The City of Thunder Bay requires appropriately licensed trades people, to maintain, repair or alter any/all ice plant components contained in the facilities listed below as defined in Scope of Work under the jurisdiction of the Facilities Services Division.
The City will reserve the right to add or delete ice plant facilities as necessary throughout the life of the contract and any subsequent renewals.
