Description:
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of a General Contractor for the E447-00a Main Alley Health Care Facility project. The project is to construct a Health Care Facility including medical imaging. Scope of work includes the amalgamation of 3 existing suites, L1L-01 on the lower level 1, and 01-13 and 01-17 on Level 1, into one suite containing a Group D major occupancy. This tenant improvement works is classified as a change of major occupancy. Work in includes demolition, construction (walls, raised floor, doors, millwork, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing & life safety). The project area is 1140 sqm.
Refer to the project schedule below for key dates. An important consideration is that the diagnostic suite for x-ray and the communications room need to be occupancy ready for owner equipment installation and owner consultant reviews by May 8, 2026. Owner Ready for Take Over is required by August 31, 2026. These dates are firm.
