Updates have been made to Appendix A, sections 2 & 3. Vendors are now required to submit version 2 of Appendix A within their proposal. (Attachment #6)

The five (5) year total cost of ownership price submitted for section 1. Equipment will be weighted at eighty percent (80%) of the total price submitted, while the five (5) year total cost of ownership price submitted for Section 2 - Consumables will be weighted at twenty (20%) percent of the total price submitted.
