Description:
The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from pre-qualified roofing contractors to complete the specified Work, as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

PRE-QUALIFICATION

Following Request for Qualification #288-11/23 Pre-Qualification of Roofing Contractors, only the following pre-qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project:

1) Atlas‐Apex Roofing (BC) Inc.
2) Bollman Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd.
3) Duron Specialty Contracting Group Ltd.
4) Harvard Industries Ltd.
5) Homan Roofing Ltd.
6) Langley Roofing Co. Ltd.
7) Mack Kirk Roofing and Sheet Metal Ltd.
8) Marine Roofing (1996) Ltd.
9) Metro Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on September 18th, 2025, commencing at 11:00 A.M. Tenderers are requested to meet at 4397 Buchanan Street, Burnaby, BC. Sub-Contractors may join the site visit.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the on-line bidding system. Hardcopy submissions not permitted.

Tenderers are cautioned that the timing of their submission is based on when the Tender is RECEIVED by the on-line bidding system, not when a Tender is submitted, as transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc.

For the above reasons, it is recommended that sufficient time is given to complete your submission and to resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by the on-line bidding system-s web clock.

Tenders will not be opened in public. All unverified results will be posted on the Owner-s website by 10:00 am the next business day after the Tender Closing Time and Date.
