Description:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Living Sky School Division No. 202 (LSKYSD) to prospective suppliers to submit proposals for the provision and installation of playground equipment, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). Through this process LSKYSD seeks to pre-qualify three (3) suppliers to create a supplier shortlist for LSKYSD-s future playground equipment needs within the division. The objective of this RFP is to streamline processes using a fair and comprehensive manner. The proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined within this document. Refer to Part 2 of this document for further details on the selection process. The term of the short-listed agreement is September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028, with an option to extend the contract for three (3) additional years at LSKYSD-s discretion unless terminated in accordance with the terms outlined within this Proposal. At present there is an expectation of a further playground refresh to take place at Luseland School in 2026 as well as a phase 2 and 3 over the next few years at Macklin School to add to the main install from this initial RFP.
