Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by MacEwan University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Full Disciplinary Record Drawing / As-built Updates as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).required basis. These drawings must reflect the physical condition of the buildings across the entire campus as projects and renovations are completed. The university's downtown campus in Edmonton, Alberta, consists of approximately 35 acres and spans seven city blocks along 104th Avenue, from 105th Street to 112th Street. The campus includes instructional, administrative, and commercial buildings, totaling over 330,000 square meters. Seven of these buildings are interconnected through a pedway system on the second floor.The successful consultant (“Consultant”) will be responsible for reviewing consultant drawings and updating MacEwan University-s existing as-built drawings to incorporate necessary revisions. This includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and structural drawings. The updates will capture changes resulting from a range of projects, including small-scale renovations and major capital developments that take place annually. The Consultant will work closely with the university-s Facilities Planner to ensure that updates are accurate and completed within the required timeframe.
