Tender are invited for MacDonald Road Resurfacing & New Curb and Sidewalk

Notice Details Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works, which consist of MacDonald Road Resurfacing (Pulverizing) and New Sidewalk and Curb, and all related work, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2025, by:

Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:

Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.

A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Town of Salisbury must accompany each tender.

Tender opening method:

There will be no public tender opening. The Town may, at their sole discretion, notify all bidders of the total bid price(s) submitted prior to an award. This shall not constitute a notification of award, and any contract negotiated and/or awarded under this tender is subject to official approval and ratification of Salisbury Town Council.

No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Contracts Act, Regulation 82-109 amended.
