Description:
JSCM Co, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of NRC, is inviting Bidders specializing in the following scopes to submit a technical and financial proposal for the M38 Acoustic Lab Facility Project. The project is located at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa, ON.TP14 - Cranes & LiftsSECTION 14 20 06 PASSENGER ELEVATORSECTION 14 20 30 OVERHEAD TRAVELLING CRANES AND HOISTS SECTION 14 43 21 MATERIAL PLATFORM LIFTS Bidders must have a minimum of 10 years experiences with similar installations. A CCDC 11 is required to confirm compliance. The successful bidders will be required to enter into a contract with the Construction Manager based on a JSCM Stipulated Price Subcontract.The Project requires fitting out the recently constructed building M38 at the Montreal Road campus, which will house five (5) acoustic facilities and their staff. It also includes completion of partially finished exterior work and completing the base building fit-up and office fit-up, including electrical and mechanical fit-up systems, elevators, washrooms, and meeting rooms on the west side of the building, which is at the shell stageThe work will begin upon contract award and will be executed within the Construction Manager-s overall construction schedule. Baseline schedule is part of the tender documents. The work is anticipated to start February 2025 and be completed by March 2026.
