Description : The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-027-22, Lynn Valley Active Transportation Improvements-Phase 1 (Mountain Hwy to Peters Road). The scope of the Work generally involves but is in not limited to tree clearing, grubbing, stump grinding, hedge trimming, common excavation, removal and disposal of existing concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, asphalt, construction of painted cycle lanes with pre-cast concrete low barriers and low bull noses at key locations, installation of concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian let downs, concrete island keyed in asphalt curb, parking pockets, retaining walls, concrete bus pads, supply and install traffic signal lights, junction boxes, removal of pedestrian overhead signal, asphalt sliver/gap paving, pavement markings and signage, supply and install benches and bike counter, boulevard and property restoration and submission of record drawings.
