- Seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to build a 100'x70'x20' (LxWxH) Fire Hall in the Town of Luseland. The Fire Hall will be located at 805 Pacific Ave (Lot-26 Blk-24), Luseland, Saskatchewan, a picture of the lot is attached. The Building Committee has included the attached proposed drawing of the Fire Hall, and plan for it to be a forced air building. They are aware that some contractors may have their own plans/drawings and would be open to considering them as well. Preference would be for a contractor to complete site preparation through the build, but the Committee recognizes that some contractors may only complete the build itself. Contractors will be required to ensure that all Building Codes are abided by and all building permits through the Town of Luseland are in place.
