- Description:
- Work to be carried out under this Contract, Roof Upgrades at Lunenburg Academy located in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Provide the necessary labour and materials to complete the Work as described and specified herein. Roof upgrades shall be as follows and as specified in the areas indicated on the drawings. Roof upgrades shall include: 1. Supply and installation of related rough carpentry as necessary and specified within the project scope. 2. Supply and install all sheet metal caps, counter flashings, scuppers, torch stops, fascia, and all other roof-related metal flashings required to complete roof installation. 3. Supply and installation of all sealants required to seal the transition of membrane and related metal detailing and the termination of sheet metal and non-membrane surfaces. 4. Removal of existing lighting protection to facilitate the completion of roof upgrades. Reinstallation of lightning protection. 5. Exterior preparation and repainting of wood shingles (red) across all mansard elevations.
