Description:
Sealed bids will be received by the County of Placer for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the PLACER COUNTY - LOWER SAWTOOTH TRAILHEAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, BID NO. 20588, PROJECT NO. PJ01003.
Bids will be opened and tabulated immediately after said date and time. Any bids received after the time specified shall be returned unopened.
The bid opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

The Work consists generally of the following: Constructing & implementing improvements recommended in the North Tahoe Recreation Access Plan at the existing Lower Sawtooth Trailhead at the entrance of USFS 06 Road off Thelin Dr in Sierra Meadows, Truckee California. The proposed improvements are to pave the existing dirt parking areas; construct drainage conveyance swales & erosion control structures; install boulder vehicle parking barricades; install informational kiosk; installation of temporary construction best management practices; & minor traffic control.
The County has estimated cost of the Work to be Two Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($205,000.00).
The Number of Working Days for this project is 15.
