Summary Details:
To better understand options for increasing affordability of zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs) for all British Columbians, the Ministry intends to undertake a comprehensive study on low-interest financing and loan options for ZEV purchases. This study targets two different ZEV markets (personal and commercial) and is structured in two parts, both of which will help to assess the feasibility of introducing low-interest financing and loan options for consumers that are interested in purchasing a ZEV but have lower household incomes, or are facing financial barriers to ZEV fleet and commercial adoption.
