Tender are invited for Loving Care 2024 (Update)

Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the supply and delivery of Loving Care Booklets listed below in the tender items as per the description provided.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid that meets or exceeds the requirements detailed within the description section and the attached specs document.

PROOFS
The awarded vendor must supply:
- Complete PDF proofs for all documents.
- 8 pages of high-resolution, Epson-type, colour proofs (cover included).

FILE SOURCE
Files for the booklets will be supplied by Design Services under docket #24-01373.

DELIVERY
Delivery is required by January 15, 2025, to 35 different locations at the specified quantities. Refer to the attached distribution list for quantities and addresses.
