Project Description : 1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor fo Safety Status in the following category or categories: C7400200 Buildings General Contractor.2. Parking garage repairs at downtown mid-rise commercial office building.- Replacing tension deficient post-tensioning cables, - Re-waterproofing the building perimeter of the building at cable ends, - Repairing concrete deterioration within the parking garage and ramp, and - Installing new electric heating cable system with new waterproofing and concrete topping at the parking garage ramp3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. Term is until construction completion, Scheduled Operational Date is 2020 December 31
