Summary Details:
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Lorne Street Utility Upgrades and Road Improvements Project (the "Project"), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").
The Project will include planning and construction of the:
· sanitary force-main and sewer upgrades,
· lift station upgrades,
· PVC watermain installation,
· minor storm system improvements, and
· road reconstruction.
The City estimates the Project value to be $5,000,000.00; however, the value is based on estimates and is subject to change based on final design requirements.
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) Year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) separate one (1) year term options.
