CONSTRUCTION OF NEW OUTLET DYKE AND
CONTROL STRUCTURE - QUARRY POND

This work generally consists of building a dyke and outlet control structure at Quarry Pond which includes site clearing & grubbing, sitework for dyke construction, storm piping, HDPE liner, temporary water works and by-pass pumping, access road construction, topsoil and hydroseeding as well as site erosion and sediment control and all related works.

The tender box is located at the Town Hall - 31C Main Street, Sackville, NB, where a public opening will be held immediately following tender closing. No award will be made at the tender opening.

Every Contractor submitting a tender for this project must be thoroughly familiar with the tendering procedures according to the General Regulation and amendments thereto, a Regulation under the Crown Construction Act.
