- This Request for Quote (the 'RFQ') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Loop 1 Upgrades and Construction of New Services Area, Blomidon Provincial Park to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). The successful bidder of this RFQ will be awarded Phase 1with substantial performance expected by December 31, 2025. Award of Phase 2 is contingent on available funding and may be awarded in full, or in part, or not awarded. If Phase 2 is awarded it may be delayed until 2026.
