Description:
The Ministry of Health is seeking Proposals for the procurement of technology and monitoring services to support the LTC@Home Program with the rollout of a provincially-coordinated real time supportive technologies that includes monitoring devices, a dashboard platform and 24/7/365 real-time monitoring of seniors- health and well-being within their homes (the “Project”). The LTC@Home Program currently has two pilot sites and the Ministry is working with health authorities to expand the model across British Columbia, to include at least 2,500 Seats over approximately the next three years. The Ministry will be responsible for funding the Project, while health authorities and long-term care facilities (“Health Partners”) will work with the Contractor to coordinate the delivery of services.
