Description : The Contracted Supplier will complete a review of the Long Term Care and Personal Care Home Programs in Newfoundland and Labrador. To gain additional insights and information, the review will include various stakeholder consultations including residents and families, those with lived experiences, the workforce, service providers, operators, experts and the public. Broadly the Contracted Supplier will be responsible to: (a) support the Expert Advisory Panel to complete all aspects of the review; (b) complete a current state analysis, supported by metrics, of the existing health care delivery model for those living in residential care settings across the Province; (c) complete a jurisdictional scan and literature review of leading or best practices in residential continuing care to ensure recommendations are impelled by evidence; (d) design and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan; (e) work with local stakeholders to access and analyze LTC and PCH data and other relevant health system administrative data sets; (f) complete a detailed analysis of financial and human resource structures to determine the capacity to ...
