The Town has identified multiple roadways requiring asphalt improvements. These improvements include both spot patching of deteriorated areas and full curb-to-curb asphalt resurfacing, depending on the condition of each specific roadway segment. The scope of this resurfacing contract encompasses all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control measures to complete the identified repairs in accordance with applicable standards and specifications.
The contract has an initial term of one (1) season from August 1, 2025 to October 30, 2025 with an option in favour of the Town to renew the contract on the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) additional one-season renewal terms, from June 1 to September 30 in the year of 2026, 2027 and 2028. - Documents:
