- General Specifications:ο· Load and haul fill material from SE 14-19-15 W to Kelwood landfill located at SW 13-19-15 Wο· Load and haul 1000 yardsο· Provide equipment to be utilized and approximate hours in quotation.ο· Completion Date: August 5, 2025 unless otherwise agreed to by the Municipality. A penaltymay beapplied at a rate of $50/calendar day until the work is complete.The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any or allproposals, to waive defects, or to accept and offer which may be considered in the best interests of theMunicipality. TheMunicipality, in its entire discretion may reject or accept all or any part of the proposal or any of the proposals submittedunder this proposal call. Completion of work is expected as per tender and quoted amounts. Overages will not be acceptedunless approved in writing by the RM ofRosedale to performance of work and/or to additional materials.
