1.2 PurposeThis Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for Renovation of four LTC Spaces to meet the Accreditation Canada Report.The mandatory ready-for-takeover date is March 30, 2026.
A.1 Eligible Bidders
Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
Discipline: General Contractor (Prime)Qualification Range: Non-Acute care Projects, greater than $150,000
Discipline: Millwork & Counter-top Sub-Contractor (BID DEPOSITORY IN EFFECT see A.5)Qualification Range: Prequalification is not required. ***Note: Millwork & Counter-top Subcontractors must bid through Bid Depository (BOBS)
Discipline: Mechanical Sub-ContractorQualification Range: Non-Acute Care Projects, any dollar thresholds.(Mechanical subcontractor bids to General Contractor.)

Discipline: Electrical Sub-ContractorQualification Range: Non-Acute Care Projects, any dollar thresholds.(Electrical subcontractor bids to General Contractor.)

A.5. Use of Bid Depository Use of the BidCentral Online Bidding for Subcontractors (BOBS) is required.For bid depository purposes, FM invites trade contractors (as specified in the List of Subcontractors) to use the BidCentral Online Bidding for Subcontractors (BOBS) in accordance with its Rules of Procedure (including bonding unless identified otherwise). Trade contractors will be invited to submit subcontract bids through the BOBS system no later than 3:00 pm two business days prior to the Closing date of this Tender.
