Summary Details:
Notice is hereby given that Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) intends to proceed with the direct award of the above noted contract to LivingWorks Education Inc.
The goals of the service include:
· Online suicide intervention training for ministry employees and delegated aboriginal agencies.
MCFD has chosen to directly award this contract to LivingWorks Education Inc. for the following reasons:
· An extensive review was conducted to determine what alternatives exist for virtual suicide intervention training. LivingWorks START 90-minute online training program meets the needs of the ministry on an interim basis while virtual training is built internally.
The term of the contract is expected to be September 15, 2021 to March 31, 2022 with the option to renew at the sole discretion of the Ministry for a one (1) year term and will not exceed CAD $25,000 per annum.
