APPENDIX D - RFP PARTICULARS THE DELIVERABLESThis specification describes the requirements for the supply, installation, testing, and training related to a Liquid Water Isotope Laser Analyzer (hereinafter referred to as ‘LWILA-) for analysis of deuterium in pre- and post-enriched waters for low level tritium analysis.
