Description:
Description : The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to enter ten (10) chambers within the Region-s linear watermain network to complete an Inventory, Condition and Capital Planning (ICC) Assessment, complete detailed design for the replacement of each flow meter, tendering assistance, contract administration and inspection services for the flow meter replacements. Consultants are also being asked to include LiDAR scanning of each chamber as a provisional item.
