- Edmonton Regional Airports AuthorityRequest For Proposal # 24-0094Line Locating Service Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (“Edmonton Airports”) is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to provide line locate services at the Edmonton International Airport and Villeneuve Airport. Proposals are requested for the following service requirements:1. Private Utility Locating Services - responding to underground utility locate requests received through Utility Safety Partners- notification system on behalf of Edmonton Airports- owned utilities.2. Secondary Utility Locating Services - responding to underground secondary utility locate requests.Services are anticipated to start on February 1, 2025, and will be for a term ending December 31, 2029. There will be one optional extension term of up to two (2) years.
