Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for offers to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide "as and when required" services to locate underground utilities at Canadian Division Support Base (3CDSB) Garrison Wainwright, Alberta.The SO will be for a period of two years with a maximum estimatedvalue of $80,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SO/SOA may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $80,000 at any time. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $2,000.00 and $5,000.00; the maximum value of acall-up under the SO is $25,000.Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their offer through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.Questions regarding this solicitation areto be directed ONLY to the point of contact identified in this advertisement.
