Tender are invited for Lime Supply and Delivery for Caribou and Restigouche Mines

Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) consists of the supply and delivery of Bulk High Calcium Hydrated Lime to the Caribou and Restigouche Mines on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources and Energy Development.

This contract will be for an initial one (1) year period commencing June 1, 2025, and expiring on May 31, 2026, with the option to renew for an additional three (3) one (1) year terms, upon written agreement by both parties.

OPTION YEAR PRICING
Pricing will be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index (CPI). If the option year is exercised, the pricing can be adjusted once at any time during the option year.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Award will be made to the lowest compliant bid based upon the lowest total price bid of Item 1.1 + Item 2.1 that meets the requirements listed within this document.
