Description:
This Request to Pre-Qualify (RTP) serves to pre-qualify Prime Contractors for theconstruction of City of Yellowknife Lift Station No. 1 Replacement project.
The proposed works are listed below but may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the City ofYellowknife. (The City):
 Furnishing of all materials, plant, equipment, tools, supplies, temporary lighting and heating,transportation, labor, and superintendence necessary for the construction of the work as hereinspecified and as shown on the drawings. Construction of new sewage lift station including but not limited to: building foundation and envelope,mechanical, electrical and process work. Construction of a 300 mm new sewage forcemain from the new lift station to 44th Street which extendsfor a length of 580 meters. Construction of civil undergrounds including but not limited to: two sections of sanitary sewer trunk, anew sanitary flow splitting chamber, storm sewer, catch basins, and water main. Earthworks on site including but not limited to: excavation and backfilling of the new lift station, andconstruction of new and upgraded parking lot, and truck turn-a-round area. Civil site work including but not limited to: tree clearing, organic stripping, landscaping, topsoiling, grassseeding and fence installation. Facility commissioning. Testing all materials for approval for incorporation into the work. Selective demolition and decommissioning of the existing Lift Station including but not limited to:...
