The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 177 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. Two of the apartment buildings require lift upgrades.
3 Miller Drive, Mallorytown, is a two-storey, 17-unit apartment building for adults and seniors. It was constructed in 1978. The enclosed vertical platform lift (Type C) was installed in 1993. This system consists of a direct-acting hydraulic system with a 3” inground piston. 3 Miller Drive, Mallorytown requires new vertical lift entry hall doors and frames on both building floors.
43 Centre Street, Lansdowne, is a two-storey, 16-unit apartment building for adults and seniors. It was constructed in 1976. The enclosed vertical platform lift (Type C) was installed in 1992. This system consists of a direct-acting hydraulic system with a 3” inground piston. 43 Centre St., Lansdowne also requires new vertical lift entry hall doors and frames on both building floors.
We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project.
It is expected that this project will be completed by September 3, 2026.
