Description:
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") to prospective contractors to submit proposals for the replacement and upgrade of theLegislative Building Fire Alarm System as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). In consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this Solicitation is limited to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissionsmeeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.Submissions which propose the use of subcontractors based in the United States will be automatically disqualifiedThe workis being done in on all levels of the Manitoba Legislative Building located at 450 Broadway, Winnipeg Manitoba. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply installation and commissioning of a new fire alarm system, addition of conduit for future projects and the removal of allconduits, wire and devices from the existing fire alarm system.
