Description:
WCB is currently undertaking a major business transformation initiative to improve worker outcomes through enhancements to our service delivery model. The business transformation of the organization is anticipated to be a five (5) to seven (7) year journey and the program is expected to cover all business areas end-to-end, including Claims Operations, Employer Services, Finance, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Information Technology Services, and Business Intelligence. WCB is looking to procure a licensing subscription for a digital adoption platform (“DAP”). DAPs are referring to software overlays on internal applications and customer-facing applications and portals with in-application guided learning, simulations, analytics, hinting and nudging for users to drive adoption, proficiency and engagement. The DAP will also support digital transformation by streamlining and accelerating how WCB employees or customers learn and engage with technologies.
