- Replacement of targeted areas of the roof at Library Square. Based on the requirements document and roof assessment, it was reported that targeting areas of critical repair of the roof will ensure long- term performance. Specifically updating flashing, electrical outlets, code compliance, membranes sealant and removal of abandoned equipment. The consultant's objective of this project is to conduct a site review of the current condition, assess existing documentation, develop a tender-ready design package, and provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation phased until project close out.
