- The City of Waterloo (the “City”) has completed a feasibility study for the Lexington Road corridor between Davenport Road and University Avenue and developed a `Preferred Plan- to redesign the street based on Complete Streets principles. The Preferred Plan has been designed to a level of effort of 10% design. This Preferred Plan forms the basis of the detailed design scope of work being requested under this “RFP25-25 Lexington Road Complete Streets Design”.
Based on the above the City is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide design and project management services for the detailed design of the Lexington Road cross section based on the above referenced Preferred Plan. - Documents:
