- The heavy equipment operations contractor shall supply required equipment and skilled operators for Waste and Recycling Centre Operations. The equipment will be available to operate the centre and may be used for small on-site development and recycling projects. The term of the contract will be five (5) years with an optional five (5) year extension. A more detailed description of the work can be found in the attached Summary of Work.
