- Scope of Work/Overview:This project is intended to address potential legionella risks associated with the domestic hot water system. The RFP stated the following scope of work:1. Supply and installation of new domestic hot water recirculation pump and piping throughout building.2. Reconfiguration of DHWT-1 and DHWT-2 to remove tempered water system and deliver hot water throughout the building.3. Supply and installation of domestic hot water expansion tank on DHWT-1 and DHWT-2.4. Supply and installation of thermostatic mixing valves to lavatories in main washrooms.5. Removal of DHWT-3.6. Removal of fixtures from commercial kitchen on Level 27. Cut walls as required to install new piping. Patch, prime and paint to match existing.8. Remove and reinstall ceilings as required to complete the work.
