- This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (“MPAC”) for the purposes of gathering information.
This RFI is not a competitive process and will not result in a contract award. Information collected through the RFI will assist MPAC in determining the requirements, provisions, scope, and approach in the development of a future Request for Proposal (RFP) subject to budget and project approval.
Background
MPAC is Ontario-s property expert. We create and maintain a comprehensive database of information for each of the more than five million properties in Ontario. Our workforce of over 1800 employees is responsible for delivering property values, insights and services to taxpayers, municipalities, governments, and businesses.
MPAC-s intent in issuing this RFI is to obtain information on legal tech solutions which will increase the productivity of our litigation and dispute resolution team. This could include but is not limited to litigation management software, legal collaboration and productivity solutions, drafting solutions, legal operations solutions, knowledge management solutions, and AI assistants.
