- The Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA) is seeking to identify and prequalify vendors of legal services. Vendors who are prequalified and placed on a roster pursuant to this RFP will be eligible to provide legal services as required by RPRA for five years from the date the roster is created.All vendors must indicate their intent to respond to RPRA by returning Appendix A : Announcement of Intent to Respond. This form must state whether you will or will not be responding to the RFP. Please complete and submit this form via email to the key RPRA contact as noted in section 4.1 by 3.00 p.m. (EST) on July 9, 2025.Submit an electronic copy of your proposal VIA EMAIL ONLY to the contact as indicated in section 4.1. All responses must be received on or before 3:00 p.m. EST on August 7, 2025.
