- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”), the Corporation of the Township of Selwyn, the Corporation of the Township of Douro-Dummer, the Corporation of the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan, the Corporation of the Township of Asphodel-Norwood, the Corporation of the Township of North Kawartha, the Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Lakes (the participating Townships) to retain qualified legal services on an as-needed basis for each of the practice areas listed below. Ideally the County will retain a firm offering comprehensive legal services but is prepared to retain a primary firm with affiliate firms for a limited number of specialized practice areas, and encourages law firms who can offer comprehensive or bundled services to submit in response to this RFP.
Wherein reference is made to the County, this shall mean the County and participating Townships.
