The GOS would like to establish a pre-qualified list of legal advisors and firms for independent or specialized legal support to be utilized by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) on an as required basis.
Possible deliverables required:
• Major procurements and infrastructure projects (including P3-s as and when applicable);
• Procurement process, evaluations, negotiations, contract development, renewals, extensions, review and/or amendments;
• Documents review;
• Commercial legal advice;
• Construction legal advice;
• Fairness advisory services;
• Procurement law and trade agreement matters;
• Independent and conflict of interest-free input and fairness advisory support; and
