- The ICAO Reproduction Services Unit has served ICAO, UN and other International Agencies based in Montreal for the last eight years, and have come across many new challenges, especially with the print-on-demand activities that require printing on coated paper (gloss or matte). Some of the problemswith the current system are creasing, registration, feeding and positioning. Therefore, ICAO must find a digital press that supports production on coated paper as described in the Terms of Reference. ICAO wishes to select a Printing Equipment Company to provide a Printer as stated in the tenderingdocuments on an "All-Inclusive Lease" basis, for a period of up to five years.
